46 Mood swings?

46 Mood swings?

Not going to make this fancy, just a quick update since I'm not exactly feeling too good.

Does anypony else get really bad mood swings with hypno? I know it is probably because I'm a Fluttershy but in the last three days or so I've been getting really random and strong mood swings. Like now, just a little while ago I was in a great mood and all of a sudden I just felt like crying. Just suddenly sad, I don't think anything set me off, and I felt bad about being sad even. I have no reason to be.
It is passing now, but it isn't leaving as fast as it came.

I think I'm going to bed early,

Ugh. I can't even sleep. Well since I see I forgot to mention, I almost never get mood swings.

Oh, yes! Mood swings happen to me a TON! All though it's normally not happy to sad, (it's vise-versa) it still happens a lot.

I'm glad somepony else brought this up. There have been times where I'll get really mad at something that I shouldn't get mad at in the first place. Then I'll feel really bad about being so angry. Just earlier I was feeling fine and started thinking about some stuff that I had to do. Then for no reason I started freaking out over it. It really wasn't much so I have shouldn't have been bothered by it. I don't know why, but it just really got me on edge.

I think we become more aware, perhaps more sensitive. A good strategy to help stabilize strong emotions is to monitor your overall general health--especially diet and sleep habits. If you eat junk food your blood sugar may crash, and if you're sleep deprived, the world can seem more inhospitable. I sent Foxxxy a great article linking mental health to, of all things, your gut. Eating yogurt with live cultures (avoid the big brands loaded with sugar) starts to make a lot more sense. Maybe even probiotics, though I'm not sure I'm sold on those things.
