Body 1: a rocky start

So, I am a martial arts instructor...but I have not kept up with the physical side of training nearly as much as I would like...and so to say...I need to get back into shape...

Leg Lifts:50 (good start)
Suicide Abs: 30 (ok...)
Pushups: 20 (...never been good with these >.>)

Overall: Horrible! I need to be doing a minimum of 100 of each...and with that, I bid you all adieu until next journal.

I've been told that if you work out different muscles each day, you can exercise more often. One could work out a regimen where you're working out every day and still letting your muscles heal.

I still think thats good :3 But obviously i dont work out often and skinny as hay and My diet is based off candy :3 (When im pinkie)

Stretch. You know you should be doing it, you don't need a broken down old grappler to tell you that. But you need to stretch and do it before every workout, and no it's not optional. You'll be safer, you'll get more out of your workout and you'll decrease the chance of injury, and it will help get your endurance up. Get to it, soldier.

I  do stretch before every workout, I did have that drilled inyo me, so I am on it in that regard ^.^
